Chad was elected to the Board in September 2017. He is an executive with CEO and Board-level experience within the sports industry. Chad is a Senior Regional Manager at the FA. He works strategically to support
business growth across the South West and Midlands.

Will is an experienced Strategy Development and Income Generation consultant specializing in sport-for-development. As Head of Sports Strategy at Altair Consulting, he leads impactful projects for clients like UEFA, Sky Blues in the Community, and the EFL. Known for his collaborative approach, Will excels in strategic planning, client consultations, and income generation. He seeks a Non-Executive Director role in a growing sport organization driven by community impact.

JC was elected to the Board in November 2020. JC, who played handball in his native France at secondary school and university
(MSc), co-founded Ealing Handball Club after London 2012. He is now Chair of West London Eagles Handball Club, with whom Ealing merged.

George is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in project management, risk-based quality control, and technical assurance for railway and tunnel systems. He excels in the full development cycle and UK regulations. Beyond engineering, George’s leadership and problem-solving skills align with his handball expertise, where teamwork, strategy, and decision-making drive success, enabling him to lead projects efficiently while fostering innovation and achieving goals.

Heather was appointed to the Board in April 2018. She is a former national level swimmer and triathlete. Since 2003 she has combined her passion for sport with her professional business background, first at British
Triathlon and then at British Canoeing.

It is also part of England Handball’s commitment to meeting the requirements of the Code for Sports Governance. England Handball is committed to meeting the diversity targets set out in the Code and has amended its Equal Opportunities Policy and Articles of Association to reflect this commitment.
England Handball has adopted, as part of its Memorandum and Articles of Association, a target of a minimum of 30% of each gender on its board and currently exceeds this target. In addition, the board is committed to achieving gender parity and greater diversity within its members including, but not limited to, Black, Asian, other minority ethnic groups and people with disabilities.
